Fresher’s Policy

• Candidates Should be Graduated from a Mumbai Based Engineering College

• Candidates will be selected for an evaluation drive of Two weeks where they will be

  given training and have to appear for a technical Test and Group Discussion

• Selected candidates from the test result and group discussion results will be appointed

  as sales or Application/Installation engineers

• On being selected the candidate will be posted in Mumbai. In Case of Outstation

  candidate company accommodation will be provided

• On being selected the candidate has to travel 15 days minimum in a Month

• Should be fluent in English

• Should have a pleasant personality

Job Description

• Responsible for handling incoming sales calls to ensure customer satisfaction, including

  prospective calls.

• Independently follow up with customers for quotes submitted and further expected

  action from our side, in terms of technical clarifications etc.

• Provide prompt, friendly and efficient telephone service to clients base for sales team.

• Responsible for fulfilling customer’s requirement on specifications and pricing,

  including routing to proper department.

• Responsible for fulfilling all order commitment in terms of installation, training etc in

  consultation with Sales manager.

• Updation of CRM and generating MIS reports on real time basis.
